Wow, your story really hit home with me. I just experienced the same with my beloved Potato. It is killing me inside I had him pts. I feel ashamed, angry at myself and so full of regret. Even though he was clearly suffering. It was so painful seeing him in that condition.I haven’t cried in decades but this horrible experience has shattered my heart.i miss him so much and also now have a single pig.
