My loyal companion, Moshie my cat, had to be put to sleep yesterday. I had an extra hour and a half wait from my appointment time as the vet had emergencies. When the time came the vet didn’t give him a relaxing jab first he just put the injection into his front leg. Moshie cried out in pain and struggled. I can’t get this image out of my head and it constantly replays in my head. He didn’t get his peaceful death but fear and pain as he passed.
