Comment on Grieving the loss of a “difficult” animal companion by Gene Jablonski.

People comment that you can’t compare losing a pet with losing people but for me, my cat Coco was part of my immediate family. She was my beautiful loving daughter. Coco you were always there with me for 18 years and losing you has been the hardest most devastating death I’ve experienced in my entire life of 64 years. You were the only family I had left. Coco I love you and miss you dearly. I love you more than anyone on earth. I think of you and see your beautiful face every moment of every day. I desperately want to hold you, pet you, squeeze you ,kiss you snuggle with you, sleep in bed as always with you, and just have you there by me all the time forever. If I knew that by taking my own life it would bring me to you, I would do that this very moment. God please take good care of her and let her know how much I miss her and love her. Coco you were and still are my life. When Jesus returns I will see you again and my life will return to normal once more. I will live in pain and agony and despair until that day comes.
Nobody compares to you my baby kitty cat.
Nobody.
All my love
Daddy
